[Plugin: Related Posts Thumbnails] TO: MaryNixie, RE: Available to customize plugin for fee?

Sorry for posting this here, but didn’t see a way to contact the developer directly.

We are interested in having the plugin customized to add the ability for users to manually select related items on specific posts. If possible, we were hoping the developer would be willing to take on this project (for a fee, of course) rather than having our own developers customize it because we would like the functionality to continue to work with future official upgrades to the plugin.

Here are the specs we are looking to implement:

– Add up to 4 custom fields (e.g., related-post-1, related-post-2, etc. though we are open to whatever is recommended) that user can provide Post IDs for & have those Post IDs take precedence over the plugin’s automated ones, with related-post-1 being the first (most left item), etc.
– Client could add up to all X custom field Post ID values. If they only provided 1 or more, then the remaining X posts would be chosen by the plugin’s existing selection process.
– All posts would still display thumbnails (featured or default image) using the plugin’s existing logic
