[Plugin: Related Links by Category] How can I integrate this plugin in my non-widget-ready theme?

I think you should be able to use widget_RLBC() and have it output the same way it would as a widget.

I might be able to add an excerpt to the post, although the plugin was originally designed to be a list of posts. I’ll see what I can do for that…
