[Plugin: Redirection] Plugin Does Not Appear after Upload

    Hi,
    I am an experienced wordpress developer and have installed thousands of plugins. This one does not work as expected. I’ve uploaded the full plugin to the server, but it does not appear in the admin menu.

    I’m not sure why it’s broken, but it is. I’ve double checked – the folder and all the files are in the /plugins folder on the server.

    Ok – I was able to install through the wordpress admin, but installation through the /plugins folder is still not working. HOWEVER – I think I must be having a server issue that is causing this.

    Now that it is installed, however, there have been zero changes to the admin screen. I cannot access any settings / menus for this plugin.

    Seems completely broken.
