# [Plugin: Redirection] Only redirect on 404

 * When using Redirecton with WPML something weird happened – Redirection thought
   that a new post was at /en/ and added a redirect from that page to the post when
   published.
 * I would have thought that the page/post redirects are only used when a 404 is
   issued by WordPress on that same URL (else it might redirect from a completely
   valid post/page created at a later date).
 * If that’s not possible it would be nice if it included a list of URLs that never
   redirect.
 * Without these features the URL monitoring is somewhat useless, cause it can do
   things way worse than a few 404s.
