[Plugin: Redirection] How to implement pliugin

    I just created a wordpress site and i am trying to fix the google links generated by a search for me returning links from my previous site. I have read the documentation for the plugin but they are over my head. Could someone tell me how I would redirect links similar to below to my new wordpress site: http://www.johneskey.com

    As a follow-up, I guess what I really want to do is a 301 redirect with everything that causes a 404 error to my new home page.
