[Plugin: Redirection] Can't delete redirects

Hello! I recently installed Redirection and it worked great. I created a redirect that I no longer need, so I checked the checkbox next to the redirect and then click on delete. Redirect still happens. Went to Options and opted to delete Redirection. Redirect still happens. Tried creating a redirect that redirect the original page to itself. Still nothing. I have since deleted all redirections and the plugin itself and the redirects still happen.

Any ideas?

or does anyonoe know what WP files are modified (if any) so as I can go into WP and correct this myself?
