 * Recently switched my server to PHP5 which caused Redirection to stop working –
   I can’t add new redirects and I can’t modify existing redirects.
 * Clicking on the link causes the loading image to animate, but the green area
   never expands.
 * Similarly entering data into the fields and clicking “add redirection” causes
   the image to animate, but does not actually add a new redirect.
 * I have confirmed that it is related to the PHP5. Switching back to PHP4 allows
   the plug-in to work again, then back to PHP5 and it stops working again.
 * Is there a specific toolkit or option on PHP5 that needs to be enabled perhaps
   to allow Redirection interface to function?

 * Redirection was developed with PHP5 so I dont think that is the issue. If you
   use something like FireBug you may be able to see the error. Additionally you
   can try:
 * define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true)
 * In your wp-config.php and see if any more details occur.
