# Plugin Recommendation Direction

 * So a client of mine is looking for a photo contest plugin. He wants a very specific
   kind of plugin.
 * He wants the viewer of the site to be able to submit photos to the contest. Once
   they are submitted, they need to be approved that they are valid meaningful photos.
   Once approved, they can then be voted on from anyone on the site. It needs to
   have a timer of when the contest is expiring. The voters need to be able to share
   it. Finally, and what the current one is missing, be able to vote only using 
   their name and email to validate that they can only vote once. Would prefer if
   the name and email was not tracked via IP if possible.

   What is currently there. He thinks not everyone has a social media account to
   use that to vote, as well as think it scares them away.
