 * I am making a new website and I would like to implement a few functions and I
   need direction. This is the functions i would like to have.
 * 1. I want front end email newsletter signup so I can collect email addresses 
   to send promotions
    2. I want user login 3. I want authenticated user to be able
   to upload pdf, excel and photo files. 4. I want to create a form of income and
   expenses, and have the form do calculations. for example figure out the percentage
   of income to expenses. 5. I would like to have a page where 3 forms appear on
   same page and authenticated user can input and compare results. 6. I would like
   to put the same form as mentioned above on the front end and at the end of the
   form have a “save” button to get user to register and save their work. 7. I would
   like the form previously mentioned to be a widget or something so I can drag 
   and drop it anywhere. 8. I want to display in the authenticated users screen 
   all of the forms they have put in. 9. I want the user to choose if they want 
   to display the results on the front end.
 * **** this site is a real estate site. But the purpose of the site is to figure
   out if the property is profitable (form 1) if it can be profitable (form 2), 
   can be profitable with changes (form 3). they are the same forms, just user inputs
   different information. Then finally if the user wants, display the results on
   the front end.
 * I would like it user puts in 4 properties, I would like them to see all 4 properties
   in their user interface.
 * What plugins should I use. I do not want to code. I am sure there is a simple
   way to do this, or a work around, I just don’t know wordpress that well. Can 
   anyone advise me?
