[Plugin: Recent Posts Slider] Different sliders for different categories?

Is there a shortcode for showing a slider of a specific category? I know there is a possibility to change it global in the WP backend, but if you want to have more than one slider but for different categories on e.g. different pages, then something like that would be useful:

[rps cat=”ID”]

Do you catch what I mean?
