[Plugin: Really Static] Insert Page break—pages not being made static

    Hello Erik, thanks for the plugin, I’m using it on several sites on my multisite WP installation. One problem is that when using the
    <!--nextpage-->
    tag to insert a page break within the page, only the first page is made static, while the others are not. I would be really glad if you could fix this bug, otherwise I’ll have to have really long articles with no page break. Thanks
