    Hi ezekionokia,
    you have to change something in your theme in order to show the buttons everytime. I found a rule in your style.css file, line 1878 (working on #info-frame.no-content), hiding the content (including the buttons) in certain situations. Try to remove this line or be sure that every post has some content.

    Thanks for providing a good sample of info when requesting support! This is the best documentation for request we’ve ever seen for this plugin 🙂

    Thanks very much. You were right, my theme has a problem. I’ll look into it.

    Regarding the support request, it just felt normal so as to be able to have “the big picture” when debugging the problem mentioned.
