[Plugin: Really Simple CAPTCHA] Fatal error: call to undefined function
-
I keep getting the following ERROR:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagetypes() in /../../../wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/captcha.php on line 201
This error replaces the entire Contact Form page. No contact form displays at all!
I made reference to this issue at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/249766
…however, it seems to be more of a problem with Really Simple CAPTCHA, instead of Contact Form 7.
I have multiple web sites running WordPress. I stay on top of the latest updates, so just about everything is the most current. I checked all the web sites I’m having issues with, and below are the versions all of them are running:
Apache version: 2.2.9
MySQL version: 5.0.51
PHP version: 5.2.6
WordPress 2.8.4
Contact Form 7 (Version 2.0.5)
Really Simple CAPTCHA (Version 1.0)When I deactivate the Really Simple CAPTCHA plug-in, the contact form displays correctly, but without the CAPTCHA. The same goes if I deactivate and delete this plug-in.
I’ve tried re-installing the plug-in, but get the same results.
I didn’t notice this problem until the most recent update of Contact Form 7, but it could have happened further back. I have at least 8 web sites with the same basic configuration, and all of them respond in the same exact way!
Though the Contact Form 7 plug-in works without the Really Simple CAPTCHA plug-in, I really want the CAPTCHA ability on the contact form!
