[resolved] Main Product Data isnt showing (5 posts)

    I am trying to add product to a new online shop using the Ready E-commerce plugin but when I try to add the new product, the section under Product's Date - 'Main Product Data' is blank. Is there any answers to why this would be? thanks in advance.

    Do you try new 0.2.9 version?
    If the bug appear in 0.2.9 version, send us URL of the website and URL of the any test product

    Hi there,

    I'm on Everything was working just fine, but now the Product Data options aren't showing up for me anymore. It does say "Path: p" underneath Product Data.

    I think it has to do something with the section being collapsed, and I can't toggle it back open again.

    I can confirm that the problem is the box is collapsed and won't open again. .postbox has a class of .closed that doesn't get removed when you click on the arrow again. If anyone else is having this problem, a temporary fix is right-clicking on the bar, choosing Inspect Element (at least on Chrome, Safari, Firefox on Mac), and removing the class of "closed" from the div.postbox.

    However, this is difficult to do, and I certainly can't explain it to my client. Hopefully this bug gets fixed soon!

    Please provide me with admin access through our internal support system here http://readyshoppingcart.com/contacts/ and I will check this, as for now - unfortunatelly - I can't replicate this bug on current version.
