This is because you have another sopping cart at /wp-e-commerce/ directory of your plugins. Please deactivate this plugin, or – if you are not able to access admin panel – delete folder /wp-e-commerce/ from your plugins directory using ftp access.

I am trying right now to restore a backup version on the website
It does not need to be restored, if you do not know how to use it – you can contact your hosting provider and ask them to delete this directory. But if you still – it can help too.
