    Every so often, my Ready! Ecommerce glitches out and the “Product’s Data” area as well as the “Variations” area in the backend vanish. The headers are there, but nothing else. Do you know how this can be solved?

    It started working again about 5 min ago, but the problem seems to be that the section is closed, and there’s not way to get it reopened.

    Next time it happens I’ll take a screen shot.

    There’s not really a way to reproduce the issue that I can see. It just happens randomly. For me, it seems to only happen to those two areas.

    This time when I hit refresh, the media area closed as well.

    Very strange. And you didn’t close them? They just closed by themselves?

    That is correct. If I “View Source” i can see that the element has a class of “closed”

    Not sure if y’all have found a fix for this yet or not, but as a temporary workaround, I added this code to the /wp-admin/admin-footer.php just before the closing body:

    <script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8">
    	jQuery(".closed").removeClass("closed")
    </script>

    Yes, this will fix your problem. I just can’t get – how this can be reproduced. Once we will be able to reproduce this bug – we will fix it and include fix in new release.

    Yeah I’m not sure how to reproduce it either. The thing is, it’s not a localized issue to my machine, when the issue occurs it’s noticed on any computer that’s being used to work on the site… which leads me to believe the glitch is in the code somewhere.
