[Plugin: Rating-Widget] "Select Category" Setting In Widget Posts Options??? Possible???

Hi Vova Feldman,

So here’s the deal…How hard would it be to have a new setting added to the widget that will allow us to select the category of the posts that will show up on the sidebar?

I need to have this setting added on the widget panel(not in the general settings panel) as you see below.

It shouldn’t be to hard to implement but if i’m wrong and it’s not as easy as i think, then i’m willing to pay for your time.
