[Plugin: Rate This Page Plugin] Functionality?

    #looks kinda nice
    Neg:
    #No option for ip-/cookies logging?
    (refresh as often you want and you can rate 500+ times or more duh)
    #No option to show “only” to registerd users?
    #No option to show results to your users, only in backend to admin.
    #On their website no option to respond when you don’t have facebook.
    #No shortcode?

    So what is the function for this plugin, or is all as mentioned above missing because of WordPress version 3.3? Would be a shame because it has some potentials.
