    I am attempting to install your plugin, but I keep getting “fatal error”
   message. I am not sure how to be more specific to help explain. Is this an issue
   you have encountered before? Thank you

 * Apologies for not replying to you sooner, this is my first WP plugin and I’m 
   therefore rather unfamiliar with the WP plugin support system (because the support
   area was green I assumed everything was OK).
 * Could you take a screenshot of the error, or copy-paste the error text into this
   forum?
