    I double-checked the code in that area, but I’m not sure what it could be. Can you give me some more details about what settings you’re using, other plugins running, etc?

    I have the same error, with WP 3.2.1
    and a lot of plugins, on wp-clear theme.
    We like your plugin and we would like to use it, it’s the best online.

    uh, and for me the error is:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function have_posts() on a non-object in ***/plugins/random-posts-within-date-range-widget/random-posts-within-date-range-widget.php on line 287
