 * Thanks for a brilliant plugin.
 * On a fluid width theme the table.mceLayout can extend way over into the sidebar
   when resizing the window in a quick-post – PAGE.
 * Adding
 * width: auto;
 * to quick-post-widget.css
 * at
 *     ```
       #quick_post_content_parent table tr td *  {
       border: 0!important;
       }
       ```
 * appears to fix this. But not completely.
 * But the icons/images in the first mceToolbar, while functional, do not show up.
   Some appear to be cropped, others don’t appear at all.
 * Any ideas on how to fix this would be really appreciated.
 * I’m having this exact same problem. Setting the width to auto makes it fit, but
   all the buttons disappear. Anyone have a solution??
