I have upgraded to 1.6 (and then 1.6.1-beta) in the development copy of my client's website but now when I filter by taxonomy I see taxonomies with 0 results in the filter.

    Live website (1.5.1): http://tinyurl.com/czopr4r
    Dev website (1.6.1): http://tinyurl.com/d84ofsd

Both copies of the website have the same code in taxonomy.php

I just tested this on another WordPress installation and can confirm that I was able to replicate the same issue.

Also worth noting that the template markup appears to be different in 1.6 which means users with custom 'qmt-templates' folders need to change {{{list}}} to {{{term-list}}} in lists.html and {{{name}}} to {{{term-name}}} in list-item.html

For now I am going to roll back to 1.5.1

I had the same problem with checkboxes, but addedd a class to the li in a custom checkbox-item.html of qmt{{count}} css .qmt0 display:none.
    Seems to work.

I have the same problem in a dropdown list after upgrade. All taxonomies are listed even if they give no results, like if filtering were not working.

Solved, just wrapping the option tag with {{count}} and {{/count}} in dropdown-item.html

Too fast... No, it doesn't work because "count" is giving sometimes a value over zero when it should be zero.
