    Hey scribu....
    I'm trying out the 1.3-alph6 and it doesn't seem to be filtering out everything.

    I've got something like this in the url....

    /?taxonomy1=term&taxonomy2=term

    from my results it only appears to be getting results from taxonomy2

    I'm using the twenty ten theme with WP 3.0

    Try 1.3-alpha7. If it still doesn't work, please paste the code you use to register the taxonomies.

    That didn't work. I'm actually using a plugin called GD CPT Tools to register the taxonomies. Suggestions? Could it be the theme?

    It could be. Not much I can suggest except hiring me to take a look under the hood. My email is scribu@gmail.com

    So it seems to work with Version 1.1.1 and

    function my_qmt_post_type() {
        return 'post_type_name';
    }
    add_filter('qmt_post_type', 'my_qmt_post_type');

    in functions.php. Falls back to multitax.php as well.

    Ended up having to deactivate the GD CPT Tools plugin and create the custom post_type and taxonomies manually.....seems to be working correctly now!
