I'm using Imnica Mail and its subscription forms use hidden commands. Unlike with Aweber and other services I don't see how I can include my list ID anywhere. The complete form code without the design options:

    <div class="o-form"><form action="http://www.imnicamail.com/v4/subscribe.php" method="post" accept-charset="UTF-8"><div style="" class="o-form-row"><label for="FormValue_CustomField6723">Your Name</label><input name="FormValue_Fields[CustomField6723]" value="" id="FormValue_CustomField6723" type="text"></div><div class="o-form-row"><label for="FormValue_EmailAddress">Email Address</label><input name="FormValue_Fields[EmailAddress]" value="" id="FormValue_EmailAddress" type="text"></div><input name="FormButton_Subscribe" value="Let Me In" id="FormButton_Subscribe" type="submit"><input name="FormValue_ListID" value="5153" type="hidden"><input name="FormValue_Command" value="Subscriber.Add" id="FormValue_Command" type="hidden"></form>

Any idea on how to make this awesome plugin work for Imnica ?
Would be a good idea to add Imnica in the plugin, as they're growing rapidly and a lot cheaper than most services, but with the same features and reporting.

    Please help !

Sorry that it took such a long time for me te answer. I regained access to this plugin yesterday, WP had some problems with migrating my account. I'm working on a huge update that has Imnica implemented. Stay tuned.
