They call it “free,” but in fact, for most of the features to work properly, and for many basic settings to be what you want them to be, Degree3 requires you to register your site, use THEIR moderation dashboard, and pay for “premium” features. For example, changing the “question type” from Q&A to FAQ requires a premium upgrade.

The pop-up Q&A window has a Facebook icon/link you can’t get rid of, and there is a separate login link on that window that goes off to who knows where. It’s certainly not a login integrated with your own site!

The litany goes on and on.

Unless you’re willing to spend money for the “premium” version of the plugin and then devote a lot of time to tweaking it, don’t bother.

    I’m deleting it.

The vast majority of our features are free, actually, even the FAQ ability. The Facebook sign-in was a feature that many of our customers were asking for, but we are considering having an option that will let people hide it.

Indeed, we do not have single sign-on as of right now, but we are working on it as we speak!
