Plugin pulls WordPress comments instead of Disqus

I am using Disqus and it is working like a charm.
I am also using the plugin Business Directory and enabled comments there. Unfortunately the plugin pulls somehow the original wordpress comment function which is actually disabled. how could i integrate Disqus into that plugin. is there an actual function to simple pull Disqus?

Help very much appreciate. Just the functions name would be already enough for me to start research.
