 * Hi!
 * The ProPlayer loads on the page, but it won’t play anything. Safari reports and
   Internal Server Error with: plugins/proplayer/playlist-controller.php
 * Any ideas?
 * Thanks!

 * [@ivo10](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ivo10/) can u give me some test
   url? this doesn’t make sense at all. There is nothing there to cause internal
   server error. Are you sure u’re using PHP5 with php_xml extension?
 * Best,
    Isa

 * Isa, thanks for your reply. Here’s a test URL:

 * I’m using PHP 5.2.6. HOw do I check on the php_xml extension?

 * I also tried adding a video (not just mp3), and now the display screen shows
   Error #2032. So clearly the player is loading, but the files are not. I checked
   and the file URLs are correct. I should mention that I had pbEmbedFlash previously
   installed, but deactivated it. Any ideas?

 * [@ivo10](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ivo10/), I can’t see the error.
   It just displays Internal server error. Usually it’s a misconfiguration of server
   or something is missing. Can you upload a file that has phpinfo in it? and give
   me the URL after that?
 * phpinfo.php
    ——– <? phpinfo(); ?> ——–
 * And if you have access, can u look at the apache logs too?

 * I’m not sure how to find the apache settings – can you direct me?

 * [@ivo10](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ivo10/), I’ve checked your phpinfo.
   You’ve libxml and php5. Some servers require also php_xml library. Actually it
   also seems there, but I’m not sure. Every hosting company has different configuration,
   it’s very hard for me to say something. Generally I can help only if I can see
   the error. In this case, we see a web server error which is a question mark for
   me.
 * We need to look at the apache logs. If your control panel has such a setting
   to view logs, try that. Otherwise you need to contact to hosting company and
   ask what is going on. They can look at the problem quickly.
 * Can u try to contact with them?

 * [@isa](https://wordpress.org/support/users/isa/). Thanks for your help. I went
   into the error logs and after some tweaking found out for some reason I had the
   wrong permissions set for the folder of the plugin! Works like a charm now!

 * How do I determine if my issue is do to the XML extensions?
