Slider breaks after clicking built in navigation buttons. It is also negatively intuitive. For instance, to add a promotion slider image, you have to find the secret "set featured image" link. I would not recommend this plugin. Horrible waste of my time.

LOL, your nuts. Its actually pretty well organized. My only complaint is that that the transition of the slides are pretty poor, though im only 15 minutes into using it, so maybe there is some options for that. Id still give it a 4 out of 5 though.

@biosaj - Sorry, I have to agree with MACscr.... I've used this plugin several times now, and it's pretty solid. Most other sliders require you to use their controls or shortcodes or other, and can't slide posts - Promotion Slider lets you slide any posts, including custom post types. Pretty slick, really.

And.... "secret 'set featured image' link"? Really? Featured image is a powerful little tool, really valuable when using WordPress as a CMS. Just define a few custom image sizes, and specify that size when using featured image when displaying posts, and the end-user of the site can change graphic elements without having to worry about image sizes...

If you find "set featured image" to be secret and hidden down there in the post/page editor, drag it up to the top.

    Slider's Slick!
