It seems the pagination, when sorting in descending order by date/numeric (tried both), puts the first page as the second page and so forth. So it orders everything, then paginates backwards. Ascending works fine, descending doesn't.
You can test this by adding 10 records with dates, set a group of dates (7 of them) to March 30, 2011 - then set another 2 records with a date of March 16, 2011 - then set a final record with a date of March 2, 2011.
Then set the number of pages per set to 5. Then set the sort by form fields descending. Set the date/numeric to be the order by item.
Then you'll see that two of the 30th records will show up on the first page, the rest will show up on the second page. They all need to show up on the first page. If you remove the pagination, then they order fine.
Do you have a fix?
