just like another person shared here (who wrote about: “too many gtlitches. support stopped”) I experienced that the support gave me the silent treatment after I had so many glitches with the paid version of this player that I asked for a refund.
Meaning: as long as I was giving them directions as to what was not working, they responded really fast. And once I was running into so many problems with this plugin that I got really annoyed and therefore asked for a refund, the support stopped answering to my emails.
To give you a few examples of the problems I ran into: the plugin promises to be a fully customizable audio player which it is clearly not:
– when you place a standard player underneath a playlist player, the standard player remains invisible and the playlist player looks really messed up with the volume knob overlapping graphics of the player
– when you activate the download function for the playlist player, the download button doesn’t show up in the playlist player
– you cannot click on the “repeat button” in a playlist player, the playlist player doesn’t repeat the playlist (actually this is also not functioning on their website which unfortunately I didn’t try out beforehand. You can find this by clicking on “demo11”.)
I could go on and on. But I don’t have the energy or time for this. If you want to fix your plugin, do so, but I am not interested in participating in this process.
I kindly ask you once more to give me my money back.
