  • Did anything come of this? I am having the same issue. I’d love to disable it in certain pages.

I don’t know if either of you are still looking for a solution, but I use “Plugin Organizer” and it has worked great for me for a long time.

You can turn off plugins based on a configured group of plugins that won’t be automatically loaded site wide unless you turn them on for specific pages.

Or you can turn off individual plugins page/post by page/post.

Give it a go and see if it will work for you.
I know it’s another plugin to add, but this has been a life saver for me especially when plugins clash.

I would just suggest that you know which plugins you do want to be loaded on a page or post, because if a plugin is needed for a page, you will miss it, I can assure you.
