[Plugin: Pretty Link (Lite Version)] automatically change over links from lite?

    I just upgraded to Pro and have a ton of links that aren’t cloaked, is there an automatic way to do it or do I have to go back over every single one and edit it?
    Also, I don’t understand the forwarding parameters option, should I? Shouldn’t I? What does it do?
