[Plugin: Pretty Link Lite] Geo-location blocking or redirect

Would be very useful to have a feature to block locations or redirect visitors from certain locations to other URLs. This can be useful to prevent certain competitors to see what you’re doing, or for businesses that have visitors from multiple locations to redirect them to the most convenient place. This could be done by querying the IP address location of the visitor, then sending them to the URL based on a simple set of rules, i.e. if x and y city go here, else go here.
