I found your plug in and it will work great on my site. I am new to WP and in the process of developing my site and i am unsure what file to place this in. Can you help?

Do you tried this (from installation):
Put code <?php do_action('ppc'); ?> in your template file (for example in index.php just before closing </div> tag
