[Plugin: Posts By Tag] Multiple Sets?

Hi, is it possible to search 3 sets of tags at once?

For instance, to search for
RESTAURANTS
in a certain NEIGHBORHOOD
with a certain CUISINE

So I’d put the tags into each category, and then cross-search?
