[resolved] WP_POST_REVISIONS (10 posts)

    Hi,

I'd like to report an issue with WP Postie that is causing a clash with one of my other plugins.

File 'postie-functions.php' has defined WP_POST_REVISIONS without checking if the constant is defined already.

Is it not best practice for a plugin to always check before setting a constant in WP?

    Regards,

    Robert

Very disappointing this issue has not yet been addressed by the author - especially in the recent round of fixes.

Sorry Robert. I'll get this fixed in the next release.

I just checked the source and WP_POST_REVISIONS is not defined or referenced in Postie 1.4.5 (the current release)

Getting this error on plugin activation:

"The plugin generated 231 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin."

Do you have WP_DEBUG set to TRUE?
