• You never get an got rating untill you do such stuff!

    From api doc:

“source” – Optional. The name of your application or website
“sourceLink” – Optional. Link to your application or website

I think it must be a user site not yours!

Besides it your ADD has a broken link!

    BAD!

  • I respectfully disagree.

The “source” is the website/application that utilized the API to post your content, which in this case is the Posterize plugin. If you use Twitter, I’m sure you already noticed it says what application was used to post the status (ex. via TweetDeck, Twitterific, Web, etc) and this will be the same if you are using a WordPress Twitter plugin that auto Tweets your post.

This is used to spread word about the 3rd party applications you can use with Posterous/Twitter, which is why it links back to my site. To help spread the word about Posterize.
