Cincopa offers two types of accounts: Free and Professional.
Free accounts and Pro accounts are both limited in storage and traffic on a monthly basis with Free accounts having much lower limits than the Pro accounts. You can learn more about what the Free and Pro accounts offer on our Plans Page.
For all users we offer a dashboard within their account on our website that shows the user their current traffic and storage usage so they are always aware of where they stand.
For all account types, Free or Pro, we send automated emails to the registered email address on the account alerting the user when they are approaching traffic or storage limits. These emails are sent at several milestones before the 100% limit is reached allowing ample time for the user to make adjustments. Free account users can upgrade to Pro accounts, and Pro account users can add packages to their accounts to gain additional storage and/or bandwidth.
We have a rather extensive Help Forum at http://help.cincopa.com where you can find Guides, Tutorials, FAQs and access our Technical Support Staff by submitting support requests to receive individualized support. If at any time you should need help, have a question, are unable to find a feature, etc., our Technical Support Staff is available to help you.
Why upload your media to your Cincopa account? In order for us to stream your media using our CDN, powered by Amazon S3, it needs to reside in your account. We do not have any access to your media and you retain ownership of all of your content. You can read more about the reasons for using Cincopa here.
The Free and Pro accounts can be upgraded, downgraded or canceled at anytime without questions asked. We offer a free 14 day trial of the Pro account as well. At Cincopa we are constantly making improvements and updates to our platform and plugins to make sure that we remain one of the best streaming media platforms available.
