[Plugin: Post Types Order] Posts work, but cannot order pages

Hi,

I love your plugin, but I cannot seem to get the “Re-Order” menu to show up for pages. It works on all other post types.

Am I missing something? I looked at the code, and I think it’s lines 403 – 407 that have the issue.
