    Sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you… Busy holidays… There is definitely a problem with something here, but I’ll need your help to diagnose it. From the log I can see that the crop command appears to be passing in a slash as part of the ID, and additionally it’s passing null values for x, y, width, and height.

    To help me debug, right-click on the “Thumbnail” link that launches PTE and open it in a new tab/window.

    The ID is being pulled from the HTML as the element with ID:”pte-post-id”. Can you check the page source and search for this element? It should appear like:

    <input type="hidden" id="pte-post-id" value="27535" />

    What do you see?

    So I’m guessing there might be a conflict with another plugin because the quotes should not be disappearing like that… In fact all the quotes are missing.

    I don’t know if you can try disabling plugins or changing your theme to see if you can isolate which plugin is the problem. I can then install the same plugin to start running some tests and determine the best way around the problem.

    Hello again,

    sorry for the delay. I’ve been performing all kind of tests (deactivating plugins, installing WP 3.1, …) and none of that worked. Finally, guess what was the problem? Cloudflare! I had my blog protected with cloudflare and seems that something in the technology they used generated some kind of error in the plugin. After deactivated the cloudflare DNS, all works well.
