[Plugin: Post Snippets] Snippet Display Issues – shortcode doubling up

Im having a problem with the snippet plugin where it will double post the shortcode.
We are using the WordPress iphone app to make posts to our WP site.
It works great but when we use a snippet shortcode it adds the shortcode to the post multiple times..Editing the post in the WordPress iphone app doesnt help, eg if I go in and edit out the second and often 3rd instance of the shortcode from the post leaving it there only once it puts multiple instances back again after resaving the post. It malfunctions on every post atempt.
This is a new problem as it was working fine a few weeks ago..
It seems to do this in a random way too, sometimes it ads the shortcode itself multiple times eg [shortcode][shortcode][shortcode]and does not display the snippet, other times it shows the snippet correctly followed by a repeat of the shortcode. eg: “correct snippet text”[shortcode][shortcode]
Other times it shows the snippet text correctly but multiple times without printing “[shortcode]” in addition to the correct snippet.
Hope this makes sense, I really want to get it working correctly as it is an awesome plugin but while I cannot get it to print only one instance of the snippet it has become unuseable for us.
