[Plugin: Post Ratings] No response when click stars to rate

I am using wordpress 3.3.1, and post ratings 2.4 version.
I am having some issues. This plugins dont work sometimes.
Like posts 网站推广方法(http://www.jsxubar.info/%E7%BD%91%E7%AB%99%E6%8E%A8%E5%B9%BF%E6%96%B9%E6%B3%95.html/), when I clicked the starts to rate, I gives no response.
But some posts can work normally , like:
软文推广方法(http://www.jsxubar.info/%E8%BD%AF%E6%96%87%E6%8E%A8%E5%B9%BF%E6%96%B9%E6%B3%95.html/), any help?
