[Plugin: Post Format Permalink] 404 error

Hi,

The plugin doesn’t seem to work for me. When including %format% in my permalink structure, the formats show up in the permalinks properly but clicking on any post gives a 404 error. I’ve tried including it in several positions (beginning, middle, end) but nothing is working.
