It’s curious. I did not experience such issue. How did you setup your favicon ?
It’s even more curious, now it’s working in one of the translated versions and not in the other. How can that have any sense? lol
I just put the favicon as favicon.ico in the main directory of my domain.
Check it yourself:
http://miesquinica.com/
for http://miesquinica.com/en it appears, but for http://miesquinica.com/lv doesn’t.

It does appears on all your three pages for me… Maybe you can try to delete your cache and retry.
I also believe that the line <link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico">
in your theme is normally useless if your favicon is at the root of your domain.
Ok, thanks Chouby, in which css file should I put that line?

I guess this line is in your header.php. I don’t have it and have no problem.
So you think is better to erase it? or should do any damage there? I try taking it out.
