A problem arises when the ratings widget is inside any parent container that with relative positioning.
For the popup’s CSS, I think the top and left values are calculated based on where the ratings widget is in the full browser window. The popup is absolutely positioned so any parent container with relative positioning is going to throw this off and cause the popup’s position to be way off.
I think this problem may be caused by a recent update because the popup used to display correctly.
