I understand why it’s there, and why you tossed the CSS in as you did so we can’t just hide it. But.
WHERE it’s popping up, and THAT it’s popping up on mouseover and NOT on click is a problem because I CANNOT customize it’s location or layout and it’s frustrating my users. To the point that I’m going to have to consider another tool.
I’ll put it this way: My users are NOT technical. They’re fans 🙂 They don’t like popups, and I’ve promised never to put them on the site. And now, I have. I feel like an ass and unless I pay $200 a year I have to use something else.
If I could change this to onCLICK and not onMOUSEOVER it would be much better for my UI.
