The link to this mp3 file does seem to be an link to the actual file. It leads only to a web page which shows your public files.
I think you should find a way to get a direct URL to the media file. This URL need to contain the file name at the end (e.g. http://www.example.com/myfiles/example.mp3). Otherwise the flash players which are part of podPress could have a problem with the URL and will not play your podcast episodes.
Furthermore after reading this http://blogs.technet.com/b/deploymentguys/archive/2008/05/23/off-topic-embedding-sky-drive-links.aspx including the comments, it seems to me that Skydrive is not a good platform to host podcast episodes. There is probably a way to extract an URL to the media files but in one comment you can read that the URL is only valid for a limited amount of time.
I don’t know Skydrive and I can not tell you how it works.
However you need to find out how to get permanent URLs to your media files which contain proper file names with file name extensions like .mp3.
Thanks a lot, ntm, for your comment!
By the way, do you have recommendation for some good sites to host media files?

No, not really. I could give you only a couple of links to German web page where you can search and compare German and European hosting providers. These site are nothing special and I’m confident that you can find comparable sites with the search engine of your choice.
