Hi M.,
I guess I don’t understand completely. The feed URL above leads to http://www.sendandreturn.co.uk/category/listen/my-podcast/feed/
which is the feed of posts of the category Listen / My Podcast. It contains posts (now). Some of them have a podPress attachment, some don’t. That looks normal to me.
But if you look into the source code e.g. of the page with the post “Part 11 – …” then you can see that there is a HTML element with class=”podPress_content podPress_content_”. This suggests that there is a podPress attachment for this post. But something is wrong with the related db entry in the wp_postmeta table or maybe a different, new plugin alters the HTML code after podPress inserts its elements.
Did you install new plugins too? Which ones?
Did you use the WP Importer plugin to transfer your blog content to a new blog? Which version?

I have installed MediaElementsJS html5
Apologies I managed to get it working after I wrote to you..
How can I disable the two entries for the pixelout.css, as I am not using the player..Maybe I should now, its html5?

You may read this thread: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-podpress-preventing-javascript-when-inline-player-is-disabled
It contains one possibility to prevent podPress from adding its scripts to the page head section.
But I would say that podPress is not adding a pixelout.css file. Are you sure about the file name?
