It might be a conflict with the theme or another plugin unfortunately. It looks like you’re using the shortcode for the pin it button but it’s not injecting the iframe as it should.

How do I go about troubleshooting a possible conflict with the theme? I assume that’s where the conflict resides. The theme is a custom one built by my team.
You’re correct that I’m using the shortcode. I also have the same issue when I stick the button directly in the template.

To narrow it down to a conflicting theme, just switch to the default WP theme (2011) and see if that does it. If it’s not that then disable all other plugins and add back one by one until it breaks.

Other than that it’s hard to say. I”m not sure how technical you want to get, but it looks like an iframe is NOT getting generated. It should be (for now). That’s how the original Pinterest button (and many other sharing buttons) are designed.

I am working on an update to the plugin which allows you to use a non-iframe button. Not sure on a release date yet though.

Setting to resolved unless you’re still having issues.

I don’t think I ever resolved the problem… must have abandoned it for another option. Unfortunately I can’t remember!
