[Plugin: Pie Register] Plugin not showing up

After upgradation of this plugin.. I notice that the plugin was not showing up properly?
I went through the plugin directory and saw that the plugin folder still there, tried to upgrade through wp-admin.. it said You have the latest.. nothing helped..

Then again I go through the plugin directory and saw that there were another folder with the named pie-register.. I moved all the files to the root directory.. and it’s working fine now..
